Hi there...

As you gathered from my home page, my name is Erin Ambrose. When I'm not trying to work on and sculpt my dream of being a full time children's book author, I am  the Director of Events at a vineyard on Long Island, New York’s scenic North Fork, where I throws parties for a living (and yes, it’s as fun as it sounds). Born on a naval base in Lemoore, California and raised in the quirky coastal town of Port Townsend, Washington, I now live a blissfully chaotic life with my husband James, our two amazing kiddos—Bennett and Callahan—and our sweet pup, Nattie. I stumbled into writing when my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age three. What began as bedtime stories to ease needle anxiety turned into a creative outlet I didn’t know I needed.
